General design:1. The mill consists mainly for rolls, frame, bearing, roll nip adjusting, screw, heating and cooling device, emergency stop, lubrication system and such sections as electrical controls and, etc.2. The main electric motor arrives the front and rear rolls to rotate oppositely through reduar, driving geras and friction gears.Application:

This machine is mainly used in Rubber & Plastic Product factory for Natural Rubber Mixing(plasticating),Raw Rubber and Compound mixing,rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet.

 

Features:

 

1. The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy, so the surface is hard and wearable ; the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned. 

 

2. This machine has overload protection devices, and the major components cannot be damaged because of over loading.

 

3. This machine is equipped with emergency braking device. When an emergent accident happens , draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once, it is safe and reliable .

 

4. The transmission system adopts eigher hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.

 

5. The base of the machine is a complete frame , so It's very convenient for installation.

 

6. Stock bender for direct rubber sheet and knife to cut as your need to assemble.

 

7. Auto-lubrication system for greese or oil and match bearing bush.
